Virtual PBX
What it is:
The virtual switchboard automatically transfers your calls directly to the relevant person, or department, and saves times, and improves your efficiency when taking calls.
You get included with your virtual switchboard a dedicated number and 10 mailbox's.
Callers who call your number are greeted with a welcome, or promotional message,
followed by a menu up up to 9 options.
A common example would be, press 1 for sales. Press 2 for customer service and so on. Callers are then automatically directed to people within your organisation, and operate as internal extensions.
If the extension of the person they are trying to reach is busy on another call, the caller has the option to queue and wait, or leave a message.
The system can be set to operate between your working hours, so callers are greeted with a message outside of your business trading hours.
